1Academic Integrity Policy

Evove Academy upholds the highest standards of academic integrity. Plagiarism, collusion, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited. Assessments must be the learner's own work. First offenses will result in a formal warning and re-assessment. Repeated offenses may result in dismissal from the programme.

2Equal Opportunity & Diversity

Evove Academy is committed to equality of opportunity. We do not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, race, religion, nationality, disability, or any other protected characteristic. All learners are valued equally and are entitled to a safe, respectful learning environment. Reasonable adjustments will be made for learners with disabilities.

3Health & Safety Policy

The safety of our learners, tutors, and staff is our highest priority. All practical sessions are conducted in supervised gym environments with qualified tutors. Learners must complete a fitness-to-train medical clearance before participating in physical activities. First aid equipment is available at all training venues. All incidents must be reported immediately.

4Internal Quality Assurance

Evove Academy maintains a robust IQA process. All assessment decisions are subject to internal verification. A sample of assessments is reviewed by the Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) to ensure consistency, fairness, and adherence to awarding body standards. External Quality Assurance (EQA) visits from Train Fitness UK verify our assessment standards annually.

5Complaints & Appeals Procedure

Learners who wish to raise a complaint or appeal an assessment decision should first discuss the matter informally with their tutor. If the matter is not resolved, a formal complaint can be submitted in writing to the Academy Manager at info@evoveacademy.com. All formal complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days and investigated within 10 working days. Appeals against assessment decisions must be submitted within 14 days of the result.

6Safeguarding Policy

Evove Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all learners. All tutors and staff undergo background checks. Learners are encouraged to report any concerns to the designated safeguarding officer. The academy follows local regulations and international best practices for safeguarding in education.

7Malpractice & Maladministration

Any suspected malpractice or maladministration by learners, tutors, or staff will be investigated in accordance with the awarding body's guidelines. This includes fabrication of evidence, impersonation, and tampering with assessment materials. Findings are reported to the awarding body and may result in sanctions including withdrawal of certificates.

8Data Protection

Evove Academy processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Learner data is used solely for educational, certification, and administrative purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
