1Enrollment & Registration
By enrolling in a course at Evove Academy, you agree to these terms. Enrollment is confirmed once the application has been accepted and the initial payment has been received. All applicants must meet the published entry requirements for their chosen course.
2Course Fees & Payment
Course fees are published on the Fees & Payment page. The academy offers monthly installment plans. The first installment is due upon enrollment. Subsequent installments are due on the 1st of each month. Late payments may incur a surcharge. All fees include course materials, assessment fees, and external certification costs.
3Refund Policy
If a learner withdraws within the first 7 days of the course, a refund of the course fee minus an administration charge of MVR 1,000 will be processed. No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the course start date. In cases of extenuating circumstances, the academy may offer deferrals to a future intake at its sole discretion.
4Attendance & Participation
Learners are required to attend a minimum of 80% of scheduled sessions. Failure to meet the attendance requirement may result in being deferred to a future cohort. Learners are expected to actively participate in practical sessions and complete all assessments within the specified deadlines.
5Assessment & Certification
Assessments are conducted throughout the course. Learners must pass all assessments to receive their qualification. Re-assessment opportunities are provided for learners who do not meet the required standard on the first attempt. Certificates are issued by the awarding body (Train Fitness UK) upon successful completion.
6Code of Conduct
Learners are expected to behave professionally, respect tutors and fellow learners, and maintain the facilities. Any form of harassment, discrimination, bullying, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course without refund.
7Intellectual Property
All course materials, handouts, presentations, and resources provided by Evove Academy are the intellectual property of Evove Academy and/or its awarding bodies. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
8Limitation of Liability
Evove Academy provides fitness education in a professional environment. The academy is not liable for personal injuries sustained during practical training sessions, provided all safety protocols have been followed. Learners participate in physical activities at their own risk and must provide a valid fitness-to-train medical clearance.
9Changes to Terms
Evove Academy reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Enrolled learners will be notified of any material changes via email. Continued enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
